Checklist

A warning from the Enforcement Office: a checklist

The first week after a warning arrives is when you have the most options. This list helps you not miss a deadline.

Part of the list · Check on the warning

  • The file number and the enforcement office.
  • What the file is based on: a judgment, a cheque, a promissory note or a fixed-sum claim.
  • The deadline in the warning, and when it was served on you.
  • The amount: the original debt, interest, linkage, costs and fees.
