What to bring to a first divorce meeting
A first meeting achieves much more when the right documents are on the table. This is the list I send clients before we meet.
Part of the list · Personal documents
- Marriage certificate, and copies of ID cards with the appendix.
- A prenuptial or cohabitation agreement, if one was signed.
- Earlier decisions or agreements on family matters, if any.
